Nebraska Commutative Algebra Conference: WiegandFest

The Banquet Sunday night (May 8) will be held in the Wick Alumni Center and will be a buffet, including the following:

 Entrees:         Beef Roulades with Merlot Peppercorn Sauce

                         Seafood Lasagne

                         Vegetarian Lasagne

Red Russet Rosemary Potatoes

Glazed Sugar Snap Peas

Garden Salad (with Raspberry Vinaigrette or Creamy Blue Cheese)

Pasta Salads:   Italian Marinate

                          Red Roma Splendor

Beverage:         Coffee

                           Iced Tea

Wines:               Various Napa Valley and Australian wines will be available at no charge.

The cost is $10 for students and $15 for faculty --- a steal considering the above menu.
